Role overview
This contract opportunity supports a restaurant chain for roughly the period from August 1 through year-end, with a possibility of continuing into 2027. The position is centered on facilities and procurement coordination, helping with vendor follow-up, purchase activity, project monitoring, and routine operational assistance to the Director of Procurement.
Work schedule
Applicants should be available to work during Mountain Standard Time or Pacific Standard Time business hours.
Core focus
The assignment combines facilities support and procurement operations. Day-to-day work will include coordinating vendors, tracking projects, handling facilities-related buying needs, and keeping procurement activities organized and moving forward.
Required background
- Hands-on experience with ServiceChannel
- Solid project management capability
- Advanced-level use of Excel or Google Sheets
- Exposure to Coupa P2P or similar purchasing/procurement workflows
- Prior work in facilities, procurement, purchasing, or vendor management
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or multi-location businesses is preferred
