Price Manager

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Price Manager based in Pakistan to collaborate with sales, domain, and commercial teams. This role aims to drive profitable growth, maximize commercial value, and align local and global business objectives strategically. As part of the Customer Unit, you will influence pricing approaches, contribute to business proposals, and support key company initiatives to strengthen Ericsson's marketplace position.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and steer pricing strategies across hardware, software, and service products.
• Carry out benchmarking studies and analyze market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop business cases in partnership with sales and commercial stakeholders.
• Manage the pricing approval cycle to comply with global guidelines.
• Offer guidance on contractual terms, cash flow, profitability, and risk evaluation.
• Oversee customer price lists, discount frameworks, and incentive plans.
• Support initiatives aimed at pricing excellence through analytics, automation, and digital tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least six years of experience in telecom, IT, networks, or digital services sectors.
• Familiarity with the Pakistani telecom market and its key stakeholders.
• Strong financial expertise, especially in preparing business cases.
• Excellent analytical skills with fluency in data-driven decision making and advanced Excel use.
• Proven experience in negotiating directly with customers and managing stakeholders and commercial operations.
• Proficiency in English language.
