Preschool Educator (English)

Job Overview

This role involves engaging children through a variety of activities such as songs, games, and storytelling to support their development. The educator will establish daily routines, offer positive reinforcement to boost children's confidence, and conduct lessons following the center's curriculum. Monitoring the learning progress of each child and fostering strong relationships with parents, staff, and students are essential responsibilities. Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children is also a key duty. Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have at least a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or a Diploma in Preschool Teaching. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are important, along with a genuine passion for working with children. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is required. Prior experience is not mandatory.
