Job Overview

This role involves maintaining cleanliness in assigned building areas by performing duties such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning washrooms and waste containers to uphold hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning and custodial tasks including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, spot cleaning, and emptying waste bins in common areas.
• Refill dispensers such as soap, towels, toilet tissue, and sanitary napkins as needed.
• Conduct periodic checks on cleaning equipment to ensure functionality.
• Strictly observe health and safety regulations and procedures at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in cleaning is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrate reliability, motivation, enthusiasm, and a collaborative spirit willing to support team needs.
• Competent in handling cleaning tools and equipment.
• Physical capability to perform the tasks required by the position.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position is $22, with total remuneration determined by skill level, experience, qualifications, and internal fairness.
