Role Overview
The Plant Manager at Tstar Aerosol based in Mumbai will oversee and enhance production activities within the manufacturing plants to ensure optimal operations and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production processes and implement improvements to boost factory output and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support maintenance and technical upgrades.
- Establish and maintain stringent safety protocols to uphold workplace safety standards.
- Provide timely reports on operational issues directly to the Manager for swift resolution.
- Formulate and execute strategies aimed at increasing operational efficiency and maximizing profits.
Additional Details
This role requires hands-on management within the plant premises and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 20000 to 30000 INR.
