Job description

Position Overview

This role is suited for experienced professionals who operate with general guidance, focusing on creating solutions for challenges through analytical approaches. The role involves addressing escalated issues from junior team members and handling complex operational tasks, including facilitating cross-departmental activities and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze data to produce comprehensive reports that underline proposed strategies for the Governor Office.
  • Convey the approved strategic goals and priorities of the Governor Office to relevant internal departments, assisting them in formulating annual operational plans and strategies accordingly.
  • Collect and consolidate the strategic, operational, and budgetary plans of various departments aligning with the Governor Office’s strategic priorities, coordinating with the Strategy and Development sector to obtain management approval.
  • Formulate KPIs and target metrics for the Governor Office that align with the overarching objectives of ZATCA.
  • Ensure effective execution of ZATCA’s approved operational plans while supporting internal Governor Office departments in identifying and resolving issues collaboratively with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the implementation of cross-organizational initiatives to guarantee compliance with organizational mandates, escalating any inconsistencies as necessary.
  • Coordinate with the Strategy and Development sector to serve as the focal point for updating business processes ensuring consistency with ZATCA’s policies and strategic goals.
  • Monitor project management activities within the Governor Office and prepare regular status update reports.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and standard operating procedures, maintaining controlled and consistent workflows.
  • Assist in resolving escalated issues and provide mentoring support to junior team members to ensure efficient task execution.
  • Escalate complex challenges to appropriate personnel to facilitate proper resolution.
  • Conduct training sessions for junior staff to promote skill and knowledge transfer where applicable.
  • Provide clear guidance by prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities, and supervising the workflow of subordinates.
  • Support junior staff in fulfilling their responsibilities in line with established policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or its equivalent is mandatory.

Experience: Candidates should possess a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience.
