About the Role

NTU International is assembling a roster of qualified Non-Key Experts (both Senior and Junior levels) to offer short-term, on-demand support over a 36-month project period focused on "Communication outreach and engagement on EU policies in North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf". The assignment's goal is to deliver strategic, technical, and logistical communication assistance to DG MENA, enhancing the awareness, presence, and influence of the EU's policies, initiatives, and partnerships throughout this region.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-resolution, impactful photographs during various official functions such as conferences, workshops, press briefings, and site visits.
• Create and deliver engaging visual assets tailored for digital platforms including websites and social media, as well as print publications and promotional content.
• Edit and retouch images to optimize quality for both print and digital dissemination.
• Systematically manage photo selection, classification, and archiving aligned with project documentation and compliance standards.
• Ensure all visual outputs adhere strictly to EU branding protocols, communication standards, and copyright laws.
• Collaborate with communication teams to effectively support narrative development and campaign goals through visual storytelling.
• Provide comprehensive photographic coverage at high-profile institutional events and interactions with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Formal education or equivalent professional training in photography.
• Own professional-grade photographic equipment.
• Proficient English language communication skills.

Experience

• At least two years’ overall experience in the field of photography.
• Minimum one year dedicated experience in press, event, or corporate photography contexts.
