You will focus on understanding clients' aspirations and offering tailored, professional advice supported by a tablet-enabled Financial Planning Tool that prioritizes needs-driven advisory rather than product-centric approaches. Interactions will leverage digital platforms such as WeChat to provide continuous, optimized human and digital engagement. This role involves meeting clients flexibly wherever and whenever needed, acting as a steward for their overall financial health, and connecting them to HSBC's broader health and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in investment and insurance businesses through thorough financial planning methodologies, particularly for high-net-worth clients.
• Manage the complete investment and insurance service cycle from needs analysis and solution recommendations to application processing and post-sale follow-up.
• Offer expert advice on family protection, education, retirement, and legacy planning solutions.
• Meet challenging performance targets across customer engagement, financial planning, and other key performance indicators.
• Grow individual client portfolios by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong client relationships post-sale to ensure high satisfaction and persistency rates.
• Promote a healthy team culture and provide leadership and guidance in areas such as customer acquisition, engagement, and quality control.
• Ensure strict adherence to legal, regulatory, and HSBC standards and procedures throughout all activities.
