Role Overview

The Personal Fitness Trainer specializing in EMS is charged with delivering safe, efficient, and customized EMS training sessions. Responsibilities include client assessment, tailoring workout plans, tracking progress, motivating clients, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, all contributing to client retention and superior service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Preferred candidates hold Personal Trainer certification from accredited bodies like NASM, ACE, ISSA, or REPs.
• Experience in personal training or EMS-focused programs is valued.
• Strong expertise in exercise physiology, functional training, and EMS techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in motivating and coaching clients effectively.
• Skilled in developing and adjusting training regimens tailored to client requirements.
• Professional demeanor with strong commitment to safety, ethics, and service quality.
• English proficiency is mandatory; Arabic is preferred but optional.
