Job Overview

The Personal Assistant role is a vital part of the operations team, focused on managing client orders, liaising with customers, and providing direct support to the CEO with daily priorities. This position involves various hands-on tasks across customer service, vendor coordination, and event preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the progress of customer orders, from purchase to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are regularly informed.
• Coordinate activities with fabric suppliers, manufacturers, and other vendors to facilitate uninterrupted production flow.
• Serve as a primary communication point for customers, handling queries related to orders, fittings, payments, and updates.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the CEO, including scheduling and managing daily business tasks.
• Assist in planning and organizing fashion shows, client gatherings, and brand activation events.
• Contribute to product development by sharing creative ideas for new collections and designs.
• Take on additional operational duties as the company expands.
