About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our People Solutions team on a fixed-term, full-time basis. This role is nested within the People Solutions operations team, under People & Culture, and plays an essential role in supporting the administration of employee lifecycle processes to ensure smooth and efficient HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage first-level HR queries via shared mailboxes, service tools, phone, and in-person interactions according to defined procedures.
- Maintain accurate and complete employee data within HR information systems, complying with all set standards.
- Support tasks related to onboarding, employee changes, and exit procedures.
- Assist with payroll processing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate submission of related information.
- Keep People Solutions logs, record trackers, and documentation current and consistent with organizational guidelines.
- Create and maintain HR records, reports, and correspondence using standardized templates.
- Collaborate with People & Culture team members and stakeholders to address queries and aid operational functions.
- Ensure data protection, auditing, and compliance standards are upheld in maintaining records and documentation.
- Leverage available technology to optimize task completion, including managing digital tools and forms essential for HR operations.
- Support senior team members to review outputs, ensuring excellent accuracy and quality.
- Assist on various projects, initiatives, and ad hoc tasks within the People & Culture team as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- A relevant third-level qualification is preferred.
- Possess 1 to 2 years of administrative experience; HR administration experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent collaboration skills and team player attitude.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication capabilities, both written and verbal.
- Adept at prioritizing tasks under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Dependable with the ability to take initiative in a supportive capacity.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and a focus on customer-oriented service delivery.
- Committed to continual personal and professional growth and learning.
Additional Information
- This role requires government clearance.
- There is no work visa sponsorship available for this position.
- The position does not involve travel.
