Role Overview
This position requires a human resources professional passionate about systems who will provide expert HR advice and partnership to managers and employees within the field services division. The role includes managing HR Information Systems (HRIS) support, enhancing systems, and delivering reporting and analytics across platforms such as MYOB/PayGlobal, Elmo, dashboards, and workforce metrics to enhance operational effectiveness and support strategic decision-making.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should hold or be pursuing a tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field. Candidates need two to three years of advisory experience in operational HR and a minimum of two years supporting payroll, HRIS, or other digital business systems. Solid knowledge of employment law, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience developing and maintaining reporting tools and workforce dashboards are essential. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels are vital.
A background in using Power BI for workforce analytics, along with experience in change and project management, is advantageous. Experience in enhancing HR technologies and leveraging data for organizational improvement is also highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide trusted HR partnership on employment relations, talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Oversee the administration, optimisation, and continuous improvement of HR systems including PayGlobal, ESS, SAP, Elmo, and reporting tools.
- Prepare and analyze payroll, workforce, and people metrics to guide business decisions.
