Sailor Health is transforming mental health services for older adults, a rapidly expanding and underserved demographic in the United States. By 2030, over 60 million seniors—roughly a quarter of the population—will need enhanced mental health support. Despite this, many remain isolated and inadequately supported facing challenges like anxiety, depression, and loneliness.

Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time remote Care Navigator based in Canada who will be the initial point of contact for patients and their families reaching out to Sailor Health. This position involves guiding older adults and caregivers through the intake process with empathy and clarity to ensure a supportive experience.
This role combines patient support, coordination, and emotional guidance, helping patients find suitable therapists and feel assured at every stage. It is ideal for those passionate about mental health access and who possess both empathy and operational skills.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills characterized by kindness and active listening to ease difficult or emotional conversations.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple patients at various intake stages effectively.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to platforms such as Google Workspace, electronic health records, and CRMs like HubSpot.
- Demonstrated passion for improving mental health care for older adults.
- Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative roles is advantageous but not mandatory; compassion and eagerness to learn are essential.

Compensation
Annual salary range: 40000 to 50000 Canadian Dollars.
