Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Offline Sales Representative: Conduct in-person visits to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities in Patiala City; demonstrate BharatOPD software capabilities; generate leads and close subscription sales.
• Online Calling Representative: Handle sales via phone and online communication; explain subscription plans to doctors and clinics; convert prospective leads into paid subscribers.

Compensation

• Online Calling Representative: Fixed salary plus impressive performance incentives.
• Offline Sales Representative: Basic salary combined with incentives tied to sales achievements.

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication skills, preferably in Punjabi and Hindi.
• Confident in sales and customer interactions.
• Basic proficiency in computer and smartphone use.
• Self-driven with a focus on meeting targets.
