Part Time Premium Hospitality Experience Associate

Join Player 15 Group, the sports and entertainment organization behind the Phoenix Suns (NBA), Phoenix Mercury (WNBA), Valley Suns (G League), and Mortgage Matchup Center, based in downtown Phoenix. We seek motivated individuals for a part-time position supporting the Premium Hospitality Experience Program’s guest services. This role is essential in delivering outstanding hospitality during ticketed events at the Mortgage Matchup Center while collaborating with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove hospitality and superior guest service during events held at the Mortgage Matchup Center.
• Welcome and direct premium guests throughout the arena's premium areas.
• Manage ticket scanning and distribution of credentials for premium zones.
• Escort guests within clubs, suites, and premium seating locations.
• Assist with VIP events and unique guest experiences.
• Learn and implement established Premium operational standards.
• Collaborate effectively with teams from Security, Food & Beverage, Marketing, Ticket Sales, Global Partnerships, and Premium Experience.
• Participate in leadership development training sessions.
• Complete and present a capstone project at the program's conclusion.

Qualifications and Skills

• Current junior or senior undergraduate students pursuing degrees in hospitality, tourism, sports business, event management, or related fields, or recent graduates within two years.
• Preferably possess previous experience in premium hospitality, concierge, guest relations, hotel operations, or related sectors.
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and guest services.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to confidently interact with diverse clientele.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Capability to perform well in fast-paced environments with keen attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Professional attitude with ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays corresponding to the NBA season (October through May).
