Role Overview

As a member of the front office during night shifts, you will be responsible for welcoming guests from their arrival to departure, ensuring high standards of service throughout their stay. You will promptly and courteously respond to guest needs during check-in and check-out, handle night audit tasks as per standard procedures, and oversee accurate and timely management of guest and hotel accounts.

Maintaining strict security protocols is essential, including handling credit transactions, issuing room keys, and safeguarding guest confidentiality. You will also actively promote hotel amenities to maximize sales, drawing on comprehensive product knowledge and sales skills. Other duties may be assigned by management to support overall operations.

Work Hours and Location

This permanent part-time role entails 16 to 24 hours weekly, working an 8-hour night shift from 11:00 pm to 7:18 am. Availability during weekends and bank holidays is required. The position is based onsite in Bristol, England.
