About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team at LEAP Centre in Frenchs Forest. This full-time role offers a balanced work week of four days, supporting children and their families through evidence-based therapy both in the clinic and within community settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-informed occupational therapy services for children and their families.
- Conduct therapy sessions both within the clinic environment and through community outreach visits.
- Work collaboratively with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Engage in reflective practice and professional development activities to continually enhance therapeutic skills.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess qualification as an Occupational Therapist with a strong interest in paediatrics.
- Hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Exhibit enthusiasm for learning and fostering a positive team culture.
- Paediatric occupational therapy experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Have a valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for community engagements.
- Be legally authorized to work in Australia.
