Job Overview

As the Outlet Manager, you will oversee all aspects of Restaurants, Bars, and Room Service operations within the hotel. Your role includes supervising daily restaurant activities, assisting with menu design, enforcing sanitation standards, supporting servers and hosts during busy periods, and continuously enhancing guest satisfaction and financial outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service daily operations ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain high standards of service and hygiene across all food and beverage outlets.
  • Manage staffing to meet guest service, operational needs, and budget targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor staff by providing clear guidance, fostering trust and cooperation, and modeling ideal workplace behaviors.
  • Identify team development needs and implement coaching or training to improve performance and knowledge.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all food and beverage policies, legal regulations including liquor laws, and sanitation standards.
  • Create a positive working environment encouraging open communication and collaboration among employees.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, address guest complaints, and gather feedback to continuously improve quality and satisfaction.
  • Manage employee performance, set standards, conduct training, and promote fairness and equitable treatment to enhance retention.
  • Support financial management responsibilities including purchasing and invoice processing.
  • Assist in floor operations by supporting servers and hosts during peak meal times and high demand periods.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

  • Possess a high school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related areas, or
  • Hold a 2-year degree from an accredited institution in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
