This is a fixed-term position expected to last about nine months, covering maternity and parental leave. The posting will remain open until at least August 30, 2026.

Role Overview

The Order & Collections Analyst supports the full order-to-cash cycle by handling order processing, billing, collections, account follow-ups, and basic claims assistance. The role ensures accurate and timely service to both internal and external partners, adhering to established procedures to maintain data integrity, resolve routine inquiries, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders by performing order entries, making updates, validating prices, correcting IDOC issues, resolving basic problems, and tracking orders following company protocols.
• Coordinate with Business Units, Sales, and Logistics to ensure product availability, manage urgent requests, provide Proof of Delivery documents, and communicate updates promptly to customers.
• Conduct billing operations, including standard and manual invoicing, while keeping customer and account data precise across internal systems and portals.
• Support collections efforts by tracking outstanding payments, confirming payment status, applying payments properly, reconciling accounts, and escalating discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with customer service inquiries related to claims, disputes, and account status by preparing required documentation, monitoring progress, responding to queries, and working with related teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in customer service, order processing, or supply chain management.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems focusing on Sales and Distribution modules.
• Fundamental understanding of credit and accounts receivable processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, alongside excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Credentials

• Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
• Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution module.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different business divisions to achieve common objectives.
• Capability to identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is approximately $43,859 to $58,478 annually, depending on factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. This base pay does not include additional benefits, pensions, or any other employee compensation components.
