Role Overview
The Optical Store Manager will lead all aspects of daily operations ensuring effective resource utilization and superior customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store functions to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the sales team by enhancing product knowledge, refining sales techniques, and upholding exceptional customer service standards.
- Uphold attractive visual merchandising to foster an engaging retail environment.
- Manage inventory rigorously, handling stock orders, returns, exchanges, and routine audits with precision.
- Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and timely issue resolution.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess 6 to 11 years of experience in retail operations or store leadership within the optical industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of retail operational principles, including inventory control, cash management, and visual merchandising.
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead teams and engage clients.
- Capability to work autonomously, managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Eligibility

Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
