About the Role

Fello is looking for a motivated and highly organized Operations Lead to drive key operational projects, initiatives, and company priorities to completion. This role involves creating clarity in operations across teams by collaborating with leadership to coordinate projects, remove blockers, enhance communication, and ensure steady progress on priorities.
