Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide support to the partner community to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Conduct regular check-in calls with partners to maintain engagement and resolve issues.
- Arrange and facilitate video onboarding and training sessions for partners.
- Assist partners with booking processes and respond to inquiries about the platform.
- Maintain accurate records related to partner activities and interactions.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to enhance the overall partner experience continually.
Candidate Requirements
- Any graduate degree is acceptable.
- Strong communication skills in English for effective interaction with partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and management of MIS operations.
- Capability to handle operations management tasks efficiently.
Compensation
The annual salary offered ranges from 180,000 to 216,000 INR.
Location
This role is based in Gurugram, India and requires working onsite.
