Role Overview

We are hiring an Operations Associate based in Boston, MA, who will play a crucial role in delivering the Striv experience. This multifaceted and collaborative position involves troubleshooting customer issues, preparing shipments, supporting community events, coordinating product trials, and ensuring the workspace functions smoothly. The core responsibility is meticulous attention to detail, ownership of tasks, and ensuring stakeholders feel valued and supported from the outset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with product demonstrations, running club activities, conferences, launch events, athlete sessions, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare equipment, signage, attendee lists, and event materials to ensure successful event execution.
  • Guide customers and athletes through fitting, onboarding, and product setup processes.
  • Monitor feedback, track leads, and manage follow-ups after events and trials.
  • Organize and coordinate product trials involving athletes, coaches, creators, researchers, and partners.
  • Create a welcoming and organized atmosphere at all Striv-related events.
  • Respond promptly and empathetically to customer inquiries, addressing issues with setup, sizing, charging, Bluetooth connectivity, app usage, and data synchronization.
  • Handle returns, replacements, refunds, and shipping complications efficiently.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of issues until resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep FAQs, onboarding documents, and support guides up-to-date and informative.
  • Relay recurring customer feedback to product and engineering teams to drive improvements.
  • Prepare and ship products to customers, athletes, opinion leaders, partners, researchers, and testers.
  • Manage inventory including demo units, batteries, accessories, and replacements.
  • Oversee shipping logistics and promptly follow up on delivery issues.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of product locations and usage status.

Candidate Profile
