Operation Planning & Analytics Manager

Role overview

We are hiring a highly analytical and self-driven Operation Planning & Analytics Manager to strengthen the Europe Supply Chain Planning team. The role focuses on improving overseas supply chain delivery performance, making inventory more visible, expanding automation across processes, and building stronger business intelligence capabilities. You will work closely with planning, logistics, sales operations, and GTM teams to improve operating efficiency and support decisions with data.

Delivery and fulfillment management

• Create, implement, and keep refining the prioritization logic used for overseas warehouse order fulfillment.
• Work with GTM, Sales Operations, and Supply Chain teams to define and run fulfillment sequencing rules.
• Build automated tools that can update order priorities in response to inventory levels, shipment delays, and shifting business priorities.
• Track delivery outcomes and lead improvement efforts to raise fulfillment efficiency.

Logistics and inventory planning

• Partner with overseas logistics teams to improve inbound and outbound planning workflows.
• Support decisions related to warehouse allocation and inventory placement across the region.
• Increase transparency in inventory movement and improve overall operating efficiency.
• Build and maintain operational reports and analytics that support delivery execution and management decisions.

Business intelligence and process automation

• Own and improve supply chain dashboards covering inventory, inbound shipments, delivery performance, sales, stock flow, and replenishment analysis.
• Bring together data from multiple systems and ensure it stays accurate, consistent, and dependable.
• Spot data quality issues early and set up reliable reporting and data management practices.
• Use Power BI, Power Query, Excel, and Feishu/Lark to automate workflows and improve processes.

Cross-functional collaboration

• Coordinate closely with Planning, Logistics, Sales Operations, GTM, and IT teams.
• Convert business needs into analytical solutions and process improvement initiatives.
• Use analysis, reporting, and storytelling to provide management with actionable recommendations.

Experience and qualifications

We are looking for someone with 5 to 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field. Experience in consumer electronics, cross-border e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing is preferred. Prior exposure to leading cross-functional projects is a strong advantage.

Core skills and competencies

The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, strong at solving problems, and comfortable working independently. You should be advanced in Excel and Power Query, have practical experience building Power BI dashboards, and bring excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. Strong ownership, the ability to drive projects through to completion, and solid data visualization and data storytelling skills are important.

Language requirements

English and Chinese are both required as working languages, with strong written and spoken communication ability in both.

This role is based in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany and is an onsite full-time position.
