Operation Executive

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive Operations Executive to assist with daily operational tasks within our agribusiness. This includes performing minor repairs on agricultural implements, aiding logistics efforts, and handling various errands as required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform small-scale maintenance and repairs on agricultural tools and machinery offered by the company.
• Assist in the logistical processes including loading, unloading, and completing deliveries.
• Support a range of daily errands and operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
• Fill operational gaps by providing assistance wherever necessary in the daily workflow.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a foundational mechanical or technical understanding; prior experience repairing tools is advantageous but not required.
• Available and willing to travel locally to facilitate deliveries and complete errands.
• Physically capable of performing tasks that involve lifting and moving loads for loading and unloading purposes.
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy in carrying out responsibilities.
• Holding a two-wheeler driving license is preferable.
