Peopleinfra Consulting specializes in helping organizations find skilled talent, prioritizing quality and punctual delivery. We are seeking an Onsite Recruiter focused on hiring sales professionals for the US and European markets from our Chennai office.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals.
- Interview candidates remotely using platforms like Zoom and Google Meet to assess fit.
- Work closely with the sales team to manage and build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment specifically for sales positions across the US and Europe.
