Online Order Filling Team Associate

Job Summary

The Online Order Filling Team Associate is responsible for accurately locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise for online orders, ensuring that orders are correct prior to customer pickup. Associates also make necessary product substitutions and consult with customers when needed to guarantee satisfaction.

Compensation

• Hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27, at or above the minimum wage for the job location.
• Additional performance incentives provided annually or quarterly.
• Premium pay between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be awarded depending on factors such as schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks performed; multiple premiums can apply.

Work Schedule and Location

• Employment options include full-time and part-time.
• Shifts available: Opening, Morning, Mid-Shift, Closing.
• Worksite: Walmart Supercenter #1367, 2720 Watson Blvd, Warner Robins, GA 31093, USA.
