Noodle Bar Shift Leader

About the Role

Join Haven as a Noodle Bar Shift Leader, where you will guide and inspire the team to consistently produce and serve delicious, fresh, and authentic noodle dishes. You will lead assigned shifts, manage team workflows, and ensure excellent customer experiences alongside adherence to all safety and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members by assigning tasks and ensuring smooth operations during shifts.
• Deliver prompt and professional service, managing guest concerns and special requests effectively.
• Supervise food preparation to guarantee quality, taste, and standards are upheld.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members on policies and procedures.
• Perform team duties and assume shift leadership responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience as a Shift Leader, Team Leader or Supervisor in fast-food, quick-service, or noodle-focused roles is advantageous but not mandatory; full training and assistance will be provided.
• Excellent leadership and communication capabilities.
• High attention to detail, particularly when managing food orders.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
