Role Overview
The Ministry of Justice in New Zealand is seeking multiple permanent, full-time National Registry Officers based in Wellington. The role focuses on supporting everyday citizens by facilitating efficient court services and case management within the justice system.

About the Ministry of Justice and Centralised Services
Our Centralised Services team supports Courts and Tribunals to provide accessible justice services. National Registry Officers contribute significantly by being the first contact point for callers, assisting with questions ranging from court timings to jury duty, always treating customers with respect and kindness.
National Registry Officers also perform decision-making duties, referring to relevant legislation to process applications and respond to correspondence, including responsibilities as Deputy Registrar of the District Court.

Compensation
The salary range for these positions is from 60,729 to 80,794 NZD annually, with the final salary determined by candidate skill and experience.
