Nanny

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Nanny located in Karachi Division. The primary responsibility is to provide dedicated childcare to one or multiple children, prioritizing their safety, emotional well-being, and daily care needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise children during playtime and facilitate age-appropriate learning and social activities.
• Maintain daily routines and support personal care requirements.
• Prepare or assist with nutritious, child-friendly meals and snacks.
• Ensure play and living spaces remain organized and clean.
• Communicate and coordinate with parents or guardians regarding schedules, household rules, and developmental goals.
• Establish a trustworthy relationship with the family and adapt to the children's changing needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated childcare and babysitting experience in home or educational environments.
• Understanding of early childhood developmental stages with capability to promote suitable learning and social skills.
• Competence in preparing safe and nutritious meals suited for children.
• Patience, dependability, professionalism, and strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capability to maintain a secure, clean, and organized setting in compliance with family protocols.
• Preferred prior experience as a nanny, caregiver, or early childhood assistant.
• Basic first aid knowledge or certification is advantageous, or willingness to obtain such certification.
• Available to work full-time on-site in Karachi Division while respecting family privacy and confidentiality.
