Bench Technician

• Perform repairs on laptops, desktops, and Chromebooks
• Execute virus removal procedures
• Conduct hardware and software upgrades
• Manage the pickup and delivery of Chromebooks to educational institutions

Front Desk / Customer Service

• Register customers for repair and retail services during check-in and check-out
• Price new inventory products
• Handle incoming telephone communications
• Maintain showroom presentation and organization

Network Technician / Engineer

• Visit client sites to provide onsite technical support
• Work with network equipment including switches and firewalls
• Install new computer systems and servers
• Configure virtualization environments including hypervisors
• Administer Microsoft Entra and tenant environments
• Set up antivirus solutions along with EDR/MDR Security Operation Centers
• Configure cloud-based backup systems
• Monitor antivirus and backup system statuses

Terms and Compensation

All positions offer remuneration based on experience and qualifications. Bench Technician and Network Technician roles are structured as 40-hour work weeks. The Front Desk/Customer Service role is generally part-time with flexible scheduling options but may be full-time for suitable candidates.
