Role Overview

The Mold Maker will be responsible for the fabrication and maintenance of molds while adhering to relevant provincial and federal legislation, company policies, health and safety standards, and ISO quality protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• Currently enrolled in OYAP or completed post-secondary education, or finished secondary education plus a four-year apprenticeship, or hold a college diploma in manufacturing or a related discipline
• Proficiency in computer use, including applications like Microsoft Office, commensurate with skill level
• Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, drawings, manuals, and specifications accurately
• Solid understanding of arithmetic, geometry, and their practical applications
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Effective time management with task prioritization skills
• Positive adaptability to change
• Competent in operating heavy machinery such as forklifts and cranes

Compensation

Hourly wage ranges from $24 to $32 depending on experience.
