Role overview
This role focuses on setting up and maintaining mobile work management configuration. The position supports the design and operation of mobile workflows, user access setup, API enablement, and coordination with related enterprise asset management configuration.
Core responsibilities
- Set up the mobile framework, including user configuration and workflow preparation.
- Enable mobile module APIs and confirm that they function as expected.
- Create exception-handling rules for transactions that do not complete successfully.
- Make sure the mobile process structure fits with the broader work management design.
- Work with the EAM Administrator when configuration areas overlap.
