As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in boosting the visibility and sales of our iconic products across retail stores.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure products are placed accurately according to planograms.
• Maintain full shelf availability, preventing any out-of-stock situations.
• Implement attractive displays, promotions, and point-of-sale materials.
• Follow first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedures to optimize product rotation.
• Keep track of competitor activities and uncover potential opportunities.
• Conduct daily store visits following planned routes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store teams.
• Provide real-time reporting on stock availability, shelf share, and market competition.
• Support sales teams to enhance in-store performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or above educational qualification.
• At least one year of experience in merchandising, retail, or the FMCG sector.
• Basic proficiency in English combined with strong local language communication skills.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license.
• Saudi nationality, in compliance with government regulations.
