Overview

This opportunity requires a Medical Officer to meticulously examine extensive medical records, conduct clinical assessments as per established methodologies, and compile thorough reports including timelines, chronologies, mass tort matrices, and medical case evaluations.

Key Duties

• Evaluate and aggregate medical records for projects before and after settlement.
• Interpret clinical information accurately using medical language and diagnoses.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and uphold Archer's organizational culture.
• Consistently follow HIPAA regulations to protect patient information.
• Provide daily updates on productivity and quality to the Medical Team Lead.

Required Expertise and Skills

• Fundamental knowledge in healthcare data analytics and clinical review processes.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical assessments, patient evaluation, and clinical medicine.
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe software.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and communicate efficiently.
• Capability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
• Motivated self-starter with organizational skills and team player attitude.

Educational Background and Experience

• MBBS degree holders eligible without requiring prior experience.
• BAMS or BHMS graduates must have at least 2 years of experience in insurance claims processing.

Additional Knowledge

• Understanding of HIPAA compliance, critical thinking abilities.
• Basic awareness of US culture and organizational behavior norms.
