Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; up to 120 hours of vacation annually, prorated by FTE; paid sick leave; 10 paid holidays; a 403(b) Safe Harbor retirement plan with employer matching; disability and life insurance; and additional offerings. Employees who can pass a second-language proficiency test receive an extra $0.75 per hour.

Core duties

  • Work with providers to clarify unclear, conflicting, or incomplete clinical documentation.
  • Monitor cases with missing or insufficient documentation and ensure they are coded and billed appropriately.
  • Follow federal, state, and county billing requirements and policies.
  • Maintain attendance standards so daily operations and continuity of patient care are not interrupted.

Required knowledge and abilities

  • Clear oral and written communication skills.
