Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience in marketing leadership roles such as marketing management, client services, or account management.
• Proven expertise in payments and fintech marketing, including familiarity with payment platforms, PSPs, gateways, and related solutions.
• In-depth understanding of merchant acquiring processes, chargeback management, compliance obligations, and the unique marketing challenges in payments.
• Strong track record in developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business outcomes.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and producing performance reports.
• Ability to juggle multiple brands, projects, or client accounts efficiently.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, coupled with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding communication skills to engage stakeholders and lead strategic conversations confidently.
• Capacity to work autonomously, exercise ownership, and make well-informed decisions.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced marketing technologies, Google Analytics, and Figma is preferred.
• Proficiency in English communication is essential.
