Marketing Executive - MSME ZED Scheme

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to work on the MSME ZED Scheme, focusing on achieving ZED Silver and Gold Certifications for industries under MSME. Based in Indore, the candidate will engage in direct fieldwork, client interactions, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the MSME ZED Scheme through field visits and interactions with MSME industries.
• Drive initiatives to obtain ZED Silver and Gold certifications for clients.
• Conduct tele-calling to potential clients and follow up effectively.
• Schedule appointments and meet clients to present business proposals.
• Collaborate regularly with the Manager to review feedback and strategize for business growth.
• Create and implement sales and marketing plans utilizing available resources.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding service benefits and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow company policies and procedures consistently.
• Participate in trade shows and travel as necessary to meet clients.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets diligently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in customer service, client relationship management, interpersonal communication, and marketing strategy development.
• Experience with customer handling, tele-calling, back office operations, and client communications.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office tools and capable of organizing and analyzing data effectively.
• Strong leadership, creativity, research abilities, and financial strategic thinking.
• Willingness to travel across the country according to company requirements.

Compensation and Location

Remuneration is flexible, with a 10% raise on the current salary, along with additional TA/DA payments, incentives, and expense coverage. The position is based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
