Marketing Communication Specialist

Overview

We seek a proactive Marketing Communication Specialist to join a market-leading company on a 12-month contract basis working remotely. This role supports the Marketing Communications team responsible for overall Marcom strategies and creative platforms, focusing on designing campaigns and regional program initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design various marketing communication assets including brochures, flyers, emails, and landing pages.
• Assist with project management and coordination of both internal and external events.
• Support event organization and logistics.
• Analyze email campaign metrics and provide recommendations for future improvements.
• Maintain and update interactive tools used during conferences, such as iPads and IT systems, along with booth designs and literature management.
• Create and schedule social media content posts regularly.
• Manage inventory tracking and oversee logistical arrangements.
• Perform data entry tasks related to marketing activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic knowledge of biology and eagerness to expand understanding of company solutions is advantageous.
• Some prior experience in marketing roles is preferred.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with HTML, web tools, and design software such as Adobe InDesign and Adobe Suite is expected.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent time management skills with the capacity to perform well under pressure.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment exhibiting good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open to learning new technologies and software applications.
