Marketing Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate to join our luxury lighting brand team. This role involves managing the brand’s digital footprint with an active, hands-on approach, including content creation, photoshoots, and digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage social media platforms, specifically Instagram and LinkedIn, including posts, reels, and stories.
• Organize and execute both site and product photoshoots to generate compelling content.
• Produce engaging reels and visual materials that reflect the brand's premium image.
• Plan, implement, and optimize Meta (Instagram/Facebook) advertising campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads to support brand visibility and lead generation.
• Create basic design creatives to maintain consistency with brand aesthetic.
• Contribute to building and sustaining a consistent, upscale brand presence.

Candidate Profile

• Energetic, proactive, and youthful mindset with a strong aesthetic sensibility, critical for the design and lighting industry.
• Comfortable using content creation tools and experienced with crafting reels and video edits.
• Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.
• Eager to learn, take experiments in stride, and own responsibilities end-to-end.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with design, interior, or architecture brands is advantageous.
• Ability to tell stories visually and engage audiences through compelling narratives.
• Capability to independently manage photoshoots is a plus.

Additional Information

This is a hands-on opportunity that transcends typical desk roles, involving direct participation in photoshoot shoots and broader brand-building activities. Interest in AI technologies relevant to marketing is welcome.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is between 15,000 INR and 25,000 INR.
