We are a prominent fragrance distribution company located in Dubai, specializing in both B2B and B2C markets. We seek a Marketing Assistant to become the core of our marketing department, engaging in a versatile role that encompasses creative, digital, production, and operational marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate marketing initiatives end-to-end across both business-to-business and business-to-consumer channels.
• Collaborate continuously with vendors, business partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects.
• Assist in organizing and implementing conferences, events, and various promotional activities.
• Manage and coordinate marketing and digital assets and collateral.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns and assist in creating engaging content.
• Monitor and update task progress, timelines, and workflow processes effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience in marketing or as an Account Executive within an advertising agency setting.
• Capability to juggle and prioritize several projects concurrently.
• A solid marketing orientation combined with excellent organizational and operational capabilities.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take responsibility and independently drive processes forward.
• Strong interpersonal skills allowing effective collaboration with varied internal and external stakeholders.
• Energetic personality with exceptional communication talents and a keen eagerness to learn, develop professionally, and make significant contributions.
• Possession of a relevant academic degree or ongoing studies in a related field will be advantageous.
