Primary Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components accurately, adhering closely to product specifications and quality standards.
• Perform soldering tasks using both ultrasonic and conventional soldering techniques.
• Inspect sub-assemblies meticulously under a microscope to detect defects or inconsistencies.
• Utilize chemical cleaning solutions effectively to prepare sub-assemblies for subsequent processing.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to update and implement functional enhancements.
• Offer feedback on assembly methods to promote ongoing process improvements.
• Operate within a cleanroom environment, strictly following all policies and procedures that govern it.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and adhere to safety regulations within the manufacturing facility.
• Manage chemical solutions safely during cleaning operations.
• Be amenable to working in shifts as required.

Additional Information

The role requires working in a controlled cleanroom environment and entails shift work. Attention to safety and process compliance is paramount. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Singapore. Note: Recruitment agencies will only be considered if formal agreements are in place with the company.
