About the Role

VitalCaring is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting operations remotely. This leadership position involves managing day-to-day recruiting activities, overseeing recruitment across multiple business areas, and innovating talent acquisition strategies. Primary Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and ongoing training for new recruiting staff.
  • Serve as the key leader and escalation contact for recruitment operations.
  • Manage recruiting activities over diverse functions including clinical, sales, operations, and corporate areas.
  • Balance recruiter workloads and hiring priorities to ensure efficient and timely recruitment.
  • Monitor recruitment pipelines, requisition status, and hiring actions to eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with business leaders on vital hiring initiatives and workforce planning.
  • Standardize and enhance recruiting procedures by leveraging technology, automation, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, legal regulations, and internal standards.
  • Champion an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout all hiring phases.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and dashboards to track trends and optimize performance.
  • Maintain accurate data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Work with senior Talent Acquisition leadership to provide meaningful executive reporting and insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in healthcare sectors.
  • At least 3 years leading or managing recruiting teams.
  • Experience managing high-volume and multi-state recruiting environments.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting metrics, pipeline management, and workforce analytics.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop recruiting teams.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical aptitude to translate recruitment data into actionable strategies.
  • Experience implementing process improvements and recruitment technology solutions.

Preferred Experience

  • Recruitment background in Home Health, Hospice, Post-Acute Care, or broader Healthcare Services.
  • Supporting recruitment for geographically dispersed field operations.
