Job Overview

The Manager for HR Payroll and Compliance will be responsible for handling payroll processing, overseeing attendance validation, maintaining statutory compliance, and preparing for audits across corporate and factory locations. This role ensures the integrity, governance, and consistency of HR operations across various company units within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct payroll processing for both permanent and contract staff in corporate and factory divisions with precise calculation of salaries, applicable deductions, and final settlements upon employee exit.
• Oversee management of attendance and leave records within the Attendance Management System (AMS) to guarantee accurate payroll inputs.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years professional experience in payroll administration, HR operational activities, and compliance management.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor legislation and statutory requirements relevant to payroll and compliance.
• Prior exposure to working within the manufacturing industry is essential.
