About the Role
Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a proficient and detail-driven Manager for Asset Inventory and Systems to assist the Head of Asset Management in managing the city's asset-related data, inventory, and system priorities. This role aims to uphold precise, dependable asset details supporting city-wide operations, planning, and informed decision-making.
Job Overview
- Maintain and update the central asset register for accuracy and comprehensiveness.
- Support adherence to asset data standards, governance protocols, and configuration management.
- Implement asset classification systems and hierarchical structures spanning districts and asset categories.
- Conduct routine data quality assessments, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
- Assist in capturing and verifying asset details during handover and acceptance stages.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to update and report asset information.
- Manage basic administration and usage of asset management systems and digital tools.
- Generate standard reports and data extracts for asset performance monitoring, compliance, and planning.
- Coordinate asset data utilization to support maintenance scheduling, renewals, and budgeting.
- Support audits, assurance checks, and governance reviews related to asset data.
- Identify and address data gaps, suggesting practical improvements for asset information quality.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Asset Management, or related fields.
- Minimum five years of experience in asset inventory management, asset control, or comparable roles.
- Experience in asset management within city municipalities, property management, or operational environments.
- Knowledge of ISO55001 standards and application of industry best practices for physical asset lifecycle management.
- Proven proficiency with asset management software, preferably in large organizations.
- Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous organizational skills.
- Leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate teams.
- Experience in creating and enforcing asset management policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with asset registers, data governance standards, and lifecycle processes.
- Aptitude for collaboration with governance, technical, and operational divisions.
- Good communication skills and organizational acumen.
- Experience in the public sector, infrastructure, facilities management, or urban operations is advantageous.
