About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our operations team. This role involves working closely with the Maintenance Engineer to support, enhance, and manage our maintenance channels effectively in the Dubai, UAE location.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute maintenance duties while managing and aligning with client expectations.
- Provide regular updates to management on maintenance activities daily or weekly.
- Ensure prompt responses to clients, addressing their needs efficiently.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- A strong enthusiasm for learning combined with professional motivation and organizational capability.
- Holding a degree in Electrical Engineering is preferable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of technologies including CCTV systems, Access Control, and IP Networking.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- A genuine passion for electronics and emerging technology.
