About the Role

A luxury boutique hotel in Hyderabad is seeking a skilled Maintenance Executive to join its pre-opening team. This position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000. The role involves ensuring maintenance and smooth functioning of various hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage electrical, plumbing, and carpentry maintenance tasks.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities to avoid breakdowns.
Oversee maintenance of Diesel Generator (DG), pumps, lighting, and other utilities.
Liaise and coordinate with Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) vendors to maintain equipment and facilities.
Support seamless day-to-day hotel operations through effective maintenance management.

Candidate Requirements

Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
Educational qualifications such as ITI or Diploma are preferred.
Experience in hotel, hospital, or commercial building maintenance is advantageous.
Ability to join immediately is highly desirable.
