Job Overview
This position involves comprehensive cleaning and maintenance duties within an office environment. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping floors, basic kitchen cleaning, and washroom sanitation, alongside serving refreshments to staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough sweeping and mopping of office floors daily.
- Prepare tea and coffee; serve beverages to office employees and guests.
- Clean kitchen sinks, utensils, tea cups, water bottles, and plates regularly.
- Ensure washrooms and toilets are cleaned every day to maintain hygiene standards.
Working Hours and Conditions
The office operates from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM, with the job schedule starting at either 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM and ending at 8:00 PM. Candidates should be flexible to work late or early when required. Workdays include all 30 days of the month with no holidays on Saturdays and Sundays; days off are provided on other working days.
Additional Information
The office has a small pet dog on the premises, so comfort with animals is necessary.
