Role Overview

We seek a passionate Retail Sales Associate dedicated to delivering a warm, high-quality, and fashion-conscious customer experience. As the brand ambassador in our stores, you will assist customers with frame styling and selections, ensuring every interaction exemplifies our premium brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers, fostering a premium and friendly store atmosphere.
• Understand customer tastes to provide personalized guidance on frame styling and selection.
• Collaborate with the optometrist during eye-checkups and prepare eyewear accordingly.
• Clearly communicate product features, lens options, materials, and the brand's story.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product presentation.
• Manage billing processes, update CRM data, and conduct customer follow-ups as necessary.
• Support inventory operations including stocktaking, restocking, and handling products.
• Ensure compliance with store standard operating procedures, including opening, closing, and checklists.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to guarantee satisfaction through the purchasing journey.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably 1 to 3 years of retail experience; freshers with interest in fashion, lifestyle, or eyewear are welcome.
• Strong communication skills and adeptness in customer interaction.
• Confident, well-presented, with a passion for styling and fashion.
• Demonstrates high ownership and proactive work habits.
• Familiarity with billing software, POS systems, and CRM tools.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and fast-paced retail settings.
• Positive attitude coupled with eagerness to learn and grow.
