Role Overview

The Lot Attendant on the evening shift plays a vital role ensuring vehicles maintain Clutch's premium presentation standards prior to delivery. This is an evening position working Monday through Thursday from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM with an additional $1.50 hourly shift premium. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and thrives in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles to safely move them into and out of the lot.
• Organize and park vehicles to keep lot orderly and efficient.
• Support production managers by maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the lot.
• Keep track of lot inventory and promptly report any irregularities.
• Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning tasks around the lot.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors about vehicle locations.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines when handling vehicles.
• Coordinate vehicle movements during peak activity periods.

Candidate Requirements

• Post-secondary education is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must have excellent organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills.
• Possession of a G2 Driver’s License with a clean driving record is required.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada is mandatory.
• Must be able to commute to Mississauga, Ontario.
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including potential overtime.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle detailing, quality control, inspections, or automotive production is advantageous.
• Knowledge of production workflows and vehicle preparation processes is a plus.

Employment Details

This is a permanent, full-time position based onsite in Mississauga. Compensation includes a base wage of $20.00 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour shift premium.
